It's simply a new shower experience. Very discreet, even visitors wouldn't suspect that things can get steamy with the shower head. The different modes cater to every mood and can be varied in intensity continuously. We/I have had many intense moments with the shower.
Pros:
I would get it again any time. An enrichment for the bathroom.
Cons:
The temperature fluctuations while varying the intensity took some getting used to
